EFT Finance (North) Ltd can trace its origins back to 2003. It was at this time that Asset & General Finance Ltd commenced trading as an independent finance brokerage, subsequently merging with EFT Finance Ltd in 2013.

As a result of a period of significant growth and a strategic review in the summer of 2019, EFT Finance divisionalised operations.
