Mark has gained 35 years experience in Sales and Marketing of which the past 30 years have been within the Asset Finance sector. Much of this experience has been attained with major financial institutions and subsidiary asset finance divisions, having started with Bank of Scotland in 1988.
Subsequent sales positions were held with Royscot, Lloyds Bowmaker and GE Capital. Formed independent finance brokerage, Asset & General Finance Ltd in 2003.
Mark is a keen golfer and an avid sports fan, watching in particular, football (St Johnstone), rugby and tennis.
Jim Angus

Jim has worked in Asset Finance for 32 years, with the last 12 spent as a broker, operating primarily in the Transport, Plant & Agricultural Sectors. He has held a variety of Sales, Managerial & Specialist roles with some of the UK’s major banks and as a broker he has a solid track record of meeting his customers funding needs.
Jim was a keen club rugby player for 25 years, but he is now content to watch Glasgow Warriors and Scotland if his nerves allow it! He also enjoys travel to somewhere warm and sunny, with Sky Sports and cool beer on tap!
Willie Monks

Willie started in Asset Finance with a subsidiary of the Bank of Scotland and managed a number of branch offices before becoming a Broker in 1990.
Curling in winter and golf in summer, together with a commitment to Rotary International, takes up all of his spare time. He does admit to being a supporter of Motherwell F.C.!
Golf clubs across Scotland make up a substantial proportion of his client portfolio. Willie provides support to ground care machinery suppliers, tailoring finance packages for each golf club’s machinery needs and budgets.
Gordon Larson

Gordon started a career in financial services after graduating from University of Strathclyde with an Honours degree in Finance and went on to work with major US and European investment banks, including JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and BNP Paribas, primarily in the investment fund world as an accountant for hedge funds.
Following a number of years rising through the ranks of various major banks, Gordon decided to change direction and joined EFT Finance in 2018.
A close follower of football, Gordon is another Motherwell supporter, and also enjoys hillwalking in the Scottish Munros, and riding motorcycles.
Kenny Maxwell
Kenny joined the EFT Finance team in November 2018. He has over 30 years of experience in the Asset Finance market, the last 15 years specialising in the funding of commercial vehicles and trailers via HP, finance lease, operating lease and contract hire. He brings a wealth of knowledge in this area for the benefit of our customers.
A busy family man with 5 children and 2 grand-children, Kenny tries to find time to keep-fit and enjoy the occasional round of golf.
