Many companies are asset rich and cash poor. So the majority of funders are happy to consider capital release, which is sometimes known as refinance. Funders will advance a percentage of the values of the assets offered as security on a finance agreement.

Capital Release usually has a maximum advance of 80% of the value of the asset being financed.
